Payment

   We  can accept most forms of card payment, these payments are processed either via PayPal or via Wix secure card payment process. Simply select your chosen item by adding to your basket. When you have finished shopping go to checkout, you will then be given two options, select CHECKOUT to pay using your credit/debit card. Select PAY PAL to pay using your existing pay pal account.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging (if applicable).


Warranty

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase and expires at the end of the period indicated in the section “Warranty period” below. 
The warranty period is 1 year subject to fair wear and tear. If a exchange or repair is not possible, we will reimburse the purchase price. The warranty does not cover consequential damages, nor compensation for activities done by yourself eg the use of chemical cleaning products.


Refunds
 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



VAT

As we are not VAT registered, we do not add VAT to any of your purchases from us.
